Acclaimed animation director PES crafted a stunning advertisement for Honda that brilliantly illustrated the evolution of their engines and vehicles through a captivating visual narrative. The project transformed thousands of meticulously designed images into a seamless flow, showcasing Honda’s innovation in a way that was both creative and engaging.
As the Illustration Coordinator, I played a vital role in this masterpiece, overseeing the organization of an immense volume of images, ensuring each element was printed, cut, and positioned perfectly to bring PES’s vision to life. It was a whirlwind of creativity and precision, and I took immense pride in contributing to it.

Project Synopsis
In 2014, I had the incredible opportunity to work on “Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas,” a whimsical stop motion animated holiday special that reimagined the beloved Will Ferrell classic with a fresh musical twist. This project was more than just a job; it was my first look behind the curtain of creating movie magic.
As we brought the film to life through intricate puppets and vibrant sets, I marveled at how each frame was painstakingly created. My small role in shaping this animated world ignited my passion for storytelling and collaboration within the animation industry. Working alongside talented artists and craftspeople, I experienced firsthand the sheer joy of crafting animation by hand.

Project Synopsis
Based on the beloved series of children’s books by Jon Klassen and Mac Barnett, “Shape Island” takes us to the whimsical land of three shapes: Triangle, Circle, and Square, as they explore their home and learn more about each other.
As a fan of Klassen & Barnett’s work, I was extremely excited to come on to this project. As a model-maker, I got to create beautiful props for the titular shapes. I wore many other hats throughout the production: set builder, terrain expert, prop master, and set dresser, to name a few.
